I, personally am in love with meringues. They are so simple and so divine at the same time. You can make it in different flavors and colors, you can pipe them or hand spoon, you can add sprinkles, colored sugar and roasted nuts.
You may create all kind of meringues shapes: kisses, roses, hydrangeas, hearts, alphabet letters, numbers or even different kind of words.
Meringues look great on a paper sticks and there are tons of options to display them: in vases, on a cake pop stands, deep plates or glasses filled with sugar or rice, for example.
Another idea is to pipe meringue kisses using different decorating tips and colors.
And, of course, flowers always add an extra touch in any sweet table setup.
